With an educational background in physics, engineering, and business, Andy was conditioned to solve problems when they were encountered. Having spent over 15+ years working in manufacturing with roles ranging from plant floor operations to senior leadership, he made a name for himself resolving issues in creative ways that hadn’t been thought of previously. With a focus on simplicity, action, profitability, and data-driven decision making, Andy intends to grow LCM2M into the preeminent machine insight company. Andy enjoys spending time with his three kids, two of which are twins, his wife, and his three dogs. When not working, he spends his time fly fishing, daydreaming about future projects, and searching for old cars to restore.
As the Vice President at Caddis Systems, Chris is responsible for the strategy, tactics, and programs that create interest, demand, and recognition for Caddis Systems and its products and services. For the past five years, Chris has helped clients in various industries monitor machine up-time and maximize machine productivity in all departments, using cutting-edge predictive maintenance technology and insights. Chris leads a highly data-driven and collaborative team of software developers, sales engineers, assembly technicians and marketers. Together, they work directly with C-suite executives, external vendors, and industry experts to lead small and large scale machine monitoring integrations that meet the goals and expectations of their clients. Chris is passionate about enhancing machine efficiency and operational advancement through both machine monitoring and AI collaborative efforts.
Mike wears a lot of hats at CADDIS with a focus on revenue operations, which includes everything from marketing to sales operations to sales itself. He spent the last five years in international logistics, gaining extensive knowledge on global transportation requirements for businesses and manufacturers of all kinds. Prior to CADDIS, he worked for a software development company that focused on supply chain and inventory management solutions. Mike is a family man and an avid outdoorsman.
Kevin is a dedicated software engineer based in Grand Rapids, MI, with a keen interest in developing interactive, real-time monitoring applications. He keeps up with the latest technologies, ensuring his work is both innovative and efficient. Outside of his professional life, Kevin enjoys spending his time on various hobbies. He is fond of golf, fishing, maintaining aquariums, and reading. Kevin also dedicates time to an array of side projects, allowing him to explore new ideas and broaden his skills. His approachable personality and diverse interests reflect his balanced approach to work and life.
Jeremy has been involved in LCM2M since day one, applying his 20+ years of software and hardware development experience in manufacturing. From monitoring systems that collect and analyze millions of data points per hour, to adapting and monitoring machines that are several decades old, Jeremy has learned countless lessons about what customers expect and need in diverse production environments. He has been rolling all of this experience into an LCM2M monitoring solution that adapts to nearly any piece of equipment. Ensuring painless installation and working to enable customers to be more proactive with their operations are two of Jeremy’s current focuses.
Joel is passionate about software development and systems architecture. He seeks out and creates innovative solutions for optimizing system performance, keeping an eye on emerging technologies to ensure results remain efficient and on the cutting edge. In previous positions, Joel supported companies, including startups, with numerous software applications, and worked within the strict HIPAA compliance systems in the AWS cloud. Outside of his professional life, Joel is into sailing in the summer and hunting throughout the fall and winter. He lives in Grand Rapids, Michigan giving him close proximity to both water and woods.
