1.1 Login Form
If you are not already logged in, navigating to app.lcm2m.com will present you with a login form.
The login form is based on your email address, and not a username. If you do not have a login for app.lcm2m.com, please contact your company’s LCM2M account administrator. If you are the company admin and do not have an account yet, please contact support to have an account created.
After entering your email and password, clicking the Login button should redirect you to the main Caddis dashboard. If you instead see a red flash message indicating Invalid email or password, please verify that you have entered the email that is associated with your Caddis account, and that the password entered is correct. If you have forgotten your password, proceed to the next section to reset it.
1.2 Resetting a Lost Password
Occasionally, users will forget their password or will need to reset it. If this happens, the Forgot password? link can be clicked at the bottom right of the login form. This will replace the login form with the Request Password Reset form.
Enter your email address in the Email field and click the Request Password Reset button. An email will be sent automatically with instructions for resetting your password. If you do not see the email come through within 5 to 10 minutes, check your spam/junk email folder.
Clicking the highlighted here link will open the final form that will allow you to reset your password. The reset link in the email will expire after 1 day, so if it does not work it may have expired. Be sure to use the link within 1 day to avoid this problem.
The parts of the password reset form are numbered below with an explanation of each.
- The email that you requested the password to be reset for will be automatically filled in here, and cannot be changed.
- Enter a new password in this field that is complex, but still something that you will remember. The form will display an error if the password is not complex enough.
- Re-enter the same password in this field. This ensures that you are entering the password you think you are, without typos. The form will display an error if the password does not match the password entered in the field above.
- Once the form has been filled and and there are no errors, this button will unlock so that you can click it. After clicking this button you should see a message that your password has been changed and that you are being redirected to the login page.
After completing the password reset form, you should be automatically redirected to the login page. Entering your email address and the password you set on the reset form should log you into the Caddis system.
