Connect ChatGPT to your Caddis machine data so you can ask about your shop floor in plain language, right from a ChatGPT conversation.

What You'll Need

• An LCM2M (Caddis) account — the same login you use for the Caddis web app
• A ChatGPT plan that supports connectors/MCP (check your plan's settings for a "Connectors" or "MCP Servers" option)

Nothing to install. No passwords to enter into a config file.

Step 1: Open Connector Settings

In ChatGPT, go to Settings → Connectors (naming may vary as OpenAI updates this feature) and choose to add a new connector or MCP server.

Step 2: Add the Caddis Server

Enter the following server URL when prompted:

Step 3: Sign In

ChatGPT will open a browser window asking you to log in with your LCM2M account. Sign in once and you're connected.

• "List all excessive downtime events from this week and identify the most affected equipment."
• "What did production look like on Line 3 across the last three shifts?"
